Cevon’s New Office Facility
Developing comprehensive MEPF solutions—covering HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, water supply, drainage, and fire protection—integrated with an advanced BMS for centralized monitoring and control. In addition to the design, MEP Engineering Services is supervising the installation works to ensure all systems are implemented in full alignment with the approved designs, specifications, and industry standards, delivering a modern, efficient, and compliant facility for Cevon’s operations.

Designed and supervised HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance to AHSRAE Standards for Laboratory.

Executing the design and implementation of electrical system upgrades for the Guyana School of Agriculture, including upgrading wiring, panels, and distribution systems to meet current safety codes, improve capacity, and enhance operational efficiency. Oversaw installation to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards.

Designed, installed, and commissioned the electrical grid at Onverwagt for the Ministry of Agriculture, delivering a reliable power distribution system to support operational needs. Scope included system planning, equipment specification, installation oversight, testing, and final commissioning to ensure compliance with safety regulations and optimal performance.
